With extensive experience as both an internal and external consultant, I’ve had the privilege of working across a range of sectors, including provincial and federal government, higher education, healthcare, social profit organizations, and the private sector. My expertise lies in helping organizations navigate complexity, whether it’s leading strategic change, transforming workplace conflict, or restoring trust in systems marked by harm and mistrust.

I’m an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach and hold a certificate in Organizational Coaching from the University of British Columbia, along with a Strength Coaching certification from Gallup Global. I’m a Certified Qualified Mediator with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada and have a certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation from Conrad Grebel University College. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Change from Concordia University.
