As an organizational consultant, coach, and mediator, my work is rooted in a deep fascination with people and systems. For me, curiosity isn’t just a trait; it’s a core part of my practice. It fuels my desire to uncover what makes people and organizations tick, and it’s the reason I ask so many questions.
